TZ High Speed Labeling

The TZ High Speed Labeling Machine is designed for a unique heat-transfer decorating process for plastic containers by which a film-thin transfer becomes part of the container. By providing the right feed, temperatures and pressure the TZ-HSLM automatically transfers, at various speeds, heat transfer labels to a container from a preprinted, continuous paper web.

The TZ-HSLM system is designed with a dual head labeling system that can be integrated into any production line (i.e., blowing molding, filling etc.) at speeds up to 150 per minute. Each labeling head has the ability to retract to assist in label changes, allowing the second labeling head to continue with production. Through a unique handling system the TZ-HSLM captures, orients, and presents the containers to the labeling heads which allows for accurate label placement and overall line productivity.
